Study Material Prototypes

Working with Macmillan Publishing was one of the biggest milestone of my life. I was hired by a creative agency to work with them. I got to work with an amazing group of people from educators, therapists, and data analysts to make these projects happen. The task was to create different websites (high level prototypes) for different types of industries, which were going to be used as a learning tool for students at their schools. When I first started working with them, I was provided with very long and elaborate documents that detailed each scenarios for each industry. They were very specific and quite precise of the little details from logo, imagery, layout, placements, fonts, etc. Since I had to create everything from scratch, there was constant communication as I moved along and made sure I captured every little detail that they wanted included. The tasks were to design a social media website templates, dating site templates, a brain-game exercise templates (how to think like a scientist), a fitness product website template, a teacher’s blog site, an ESP / psychic / tarot site, a left brain right brain quiz site, a medical ketamine treatment center site, a training course work site for detecting lies and propaganda. Since Macmillan wanted these to be completely original materials, we were careful in crafting these templates to ensure it wasn’t too similar to what we used as references. It was a great joy working with the folks from this company and also a true learning experience for me.
